Common questions.
What information do you need to quote?
System type, project location, approximate area, panel geometry, finish, fixing strategy, performance requirements and required delivery date. A drawing or schedule is the fastest starting point.
Can you work from architectural drawings?
Yes. We review the architectural and facade drawings, prepare shop drawings for approval, then fabricate against the approved set. We can also propose details where the design is still open.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Coating colour, gloss, wood-grain, stone-grain and brushed samples can be prepared against an approved reference. Sample lead time depends on the finish and is confirmed with the quotation.
How do you pack for export?
Panels are protected with film, edge protection and interleaving, then packed in labelled crates with a loading plan. Packing can be adapted to sea freight, air freight or project-site delivery.
Can you support installation?
We supply shop drawings, fixing details and installation guidance. For projects that need on-site support, we can discuss supervision or installer training as a separate scope.
